Miki Island is a unique research based gamified teambuilding experience where participants play one of the five different roles in the team, attempting to reach the marine base across Miki Island.Throughout the journey, the team will have to manage resources, overcome obstacles and a changing landscape as well as effectively make effective strategic decisions, learning about High Performing Team and Agile decision-making in a VUCA environment.
Plus, we provide a one-stop solution—handling everything from logistics to facilitation.

Once we receive your enquiry, we typically finalize the event details within 2 weeks, depending on your requirements. If you’re on a tight timeline, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Where are these retreats and teambuilding events conducted?
- Corporate Off-Site Retreats take place in Batam, Indonesia.
- Miki Island Teambuilding is conducted onsite in Singapore, either at your office space or at our training facility in Ubi Techpark.It can also be conducted off-site in Batam as a teambuilding component during your retreat.

What’s the ideal group size for these events?
- Miki Island Teambuilding: From 10 to more than 50 participants.
- Batam Adventure Park: Minimum 15 participants.
- The Amazing Race Batam: Minimum 20 participants.
We can also customize activities for larger teams upon request.
Can the activities be customized to fit our company’s goals?
Absolutely! We tailor our activities to align with your company’s mission, values, and leadership objectives. Our pre-event consultation ensures a customized experience.
Safety & Equipment
What safety measures are in place for outdoor activities?
Your safety is our top priority. We provide:
✅ Protective gear for all activities at Batam Adventure Park.
✅ A roving medic for The Amazing Race Batam.
✅ Road marshals for The Amazing Race Batam to ensure safety during navigation.
What equipment is provided for Miki Island?
We provide laptops for gameplay, or teams can use their own (1 laptop per 5 participants). To ensure compatibility, we conduct a tech check on your laptops during our on-site visit in the Proposal Prep Stage.

What’s the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 1 month in advance are eligible for rescheduling. For last-minute cancellations, we will work with you on possible solutions.
